Many of our application on mobile devices use SMS-based messaging to deliver products to our consumers.

  • Are there any charges for using 43888?
    Message and Data Rates May Apply. Please check with your wireless carrier regarding the cost of sending and receiving text messages from your mobile phone.
  • Message Frequency.
  • Most of our current products do not utilize subscription based SMS programs.  However, there are several legacy products including MobiTV, MobiTV en Español, Mobi VJ, Mobi Radio, and XM Mobile that may deliver a max of 2 messages per week.
  • Which wireless carriers support 43888?
    AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Verizon Wireless and more….
  • How can I unsubscribe from the MobiTV Alerts and from the GETTV subscription list?
    You may unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP to 43888.

How to opt-out

If you are subscribed to one of MobiTV’ s legacy alert platforms , Text STOP to 43888 to stop receiving alert. If you are opted into multiple programs text STOP GETTV to end MobiTV alerts or STOP ALL to discontinue receiving all SMS alert messages.
